♡ Strictly no cancellation of orders. If cancellation is unavoidable, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount of your order and must be paid within 24 hours upon cancellation.♡ Make sure to pay on time. There will be a late payment fee of ₱30 per one day overdue. Once you fail to reach us after 10 days overdue, you will be considered as a joy reserver/bogus buyer.♡ Items and payments are non-replaceable and non-refundable, unless it is our fault (ex. wrong orders, incomplete orders, sold out). Replacement or refund is only possible within 7 days after receipt of order or our acknowledgement of the need for replacement or refund (ex. sold out Mercari item).♡ We require a clear, complete, and unedited unboxing video as a proof before granting a replacement or refund.♡ We are not liable for any delays in shipments, damages in parcels, or lost parcels caused by domestic jpn, international, and local couriers.♡ For onhand items, items must be checked out within 1 month after receiving the order confirmation. For STBO items, items must be checked out within 1 month after the arrival of the items. Failure to do so will result to cancellation of orders and refund will not be granted.♡ Make sure to put correct details in all the forms. Inform us within 15 minutes after submitting the form for any corrections. Corrections past 15 minutes will not be accepted.♡ Should you have any questions or concerns about your orders, message us only under the email thread assigned for your order.
